Had my car inspected and very conveniently the fuel pump happen to just go out as soon as they pulled it out of the garage. A $400 repair. Everything was fine until I took it there. They said nobody in town had any in stock. Once I got home I checked all the local stores have them in stock. Also if you're getting an inspection check your windshield wipers before you go in there. Because sometimes tears in the windshield wipers magically up appear there

Stay as far away from this place as you can, I went to get a simple oil change, and they removed the old filter and did not bother to look and see if the old seal came off and just put the new filter and seal on, causing a leak, I drove two and a half hours away to visit family, and all of my oil leaked out and my car all of a sudden stopped running, my engine is trash now, and I have to get a new car, when I came to them with this on a monday they said the owner says he refused to do anything for me till thursday when he got back in town, only after threatening them with a lawyer did they call me back with their insurance number and a claim number, I'm still waiting for their insurance company to come look at my car, I have had to take care of a $650 tow bill and expenses for a rental, and a diagnostic check at a dealership, please do yourself a favor and don't give them your buisness because I would hate for you to live this nightmare!!! zero stars

KWIK KAR IS A GREAT PLACE! I TALKED TO THE OWNER AND HIS DAD WHILE I WAITED! SCOTT AND BILL ARE GREAT PEOPLE WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! WHAT A GREAT FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED PLACE! THEY HAD ME IN AND OUT!

Took my car in for and oil change and they overfilled it with two quarts of oil. I had to replace 2 coils and valve cover gasket. Will never take it there and will not recommend no one to use Kwik Kar. I even emailed the corporate company about the problem and never responded. The owner does not care at all and he only cares about making money and not good service.
