My husband ordered flowers while away on business. The flowers were delivered on time and beautiful. The arrangement was stunning. Very happy with the flowers and the delivery. We would use again.

My husband order some arrangements from a 1800flowers on Valentines day and they were the ones selected to do the order. First off only half of the order got delivered to the house, the most important part to us of the order was our kid arrangements and that didn't come. After calling the promise to deliver the next day and apologize. Well that didn't happen and after calling again I was told they had 4 funerals that took priority, and promise to have it deliver first thing in the morning the next day and they would upgrade it. That didn't happen, after waiting several days of no delivery I called again to arrange a pick up, my kid was anxious waiting on daddy's gift since dad is deployed and promise a gift. When I went to pick it up they didn't have it ready, didn't know what the order was supposed to be, they just grab a bear and a box of chocolate and handed it 2 me, no nice wrapping or upgrade as they offered. Very disappointing, I figured it might just be the rush of Valentines day, but NO. A week later, my husband place a new order for white roses to be delivered, this time they made the delivery, but instead of white roses they came with Red roses. This shop obviously have a problem with attention to detail, which I do believe is important for this kind of business....,
