posts letters on doors without letterhead and duct tape. Classy. Hire Mark Cibula instead. This man has a dumpy office, tacky staff. Stay away you will be disappointed

I'm an out-of-town owner needing quick assistance to deal with an eviction on a complicated issue. I was referred to Stephen M Dean Law Corporation by a reputable property management company in area and my eviction went through without a hitch. At the beginning of the eviction, the staff responded to my email with a very lengthy description of the eviction process and the numerous possible outcomes that could occur. After that, they kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, both with the actual court paperwork as well as explanations of why the paperwork was being forwarded to me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was not asked to write this review but felt compelled to share my experiences since I'm sure there are others in the same position looking for help with such a painful issue to deal with.
