        I am a retired senior citizen lady. The Mr Rooter person who came to my house did not give me his name. He was condescending & rude. He charged $185 but only cleared half of my 60' line. He showed me a few tree roots but refused to cut through them, even though they were not bad. He said he would have to charge $3,000. even though he would have used his same cutting machine. When I said $3,000 was excessive, he told me the water was flowing down "good enough." and he left in a hurry. In addition to $185 for 7 minutes of dishonesty & sloppy work, he charged me $60 for a little container of root killer. Two days later I saw the EXACT same product for only $18 at Walmart. I will never call Mr Rooter again.

        ames and his team are top notch! They are available in an emergency, even at odd hours. The tools they have on hand offer options that the others cannot handle. Trust James to unplug your clog or fix your broken line in a jiffy. Thank you James!
