I was waiting downstairs for my friend because she was running late, and the guy from the management office was extremely rude. He insisted that I had to wait out on the street in the cold even after I told him that he could call my friend's apartment to confirm that I am indeed a guest. They really should get someone who can manage instead of some prison guard who needs the paycheck.
