        Overall

        I went to the Rego Park location on or about October 13, 2013. I filled out a cancelation form and left it with the front desk person to be submitted to Ms. Marta (the "Manager"). The next day I called to make sure that the manager received the form. I spoke to her and she confirmed received.

        Saturday November 2nd, I checked my bank account and I see that I was charged the regular monthly fee of $69.95.

        I called the same day Saturday morning and I was told that the manager will get back to me as soon as she is available. No one got back to me. I called Monday the 4th in the morning, left my information again. I called in the afternoon and I'm being told the manager is not there until Wednesday and there is noon else I can speak to.

        I find this to be very unprofessional. A month since I submitted my cancelation form and its impossible to speak to anyone. I am being charge for the monthly fee $69.95.

        All I want is for my membership to cancel and to get my money back. Thank you.
