By far the best gym I’ve been to I highly recommend everyone give this gym a shoot great customer service nice genuine staff clean environment definitely love ❤️ this gym it’s the best ❤️

This is by FAR the worst gym ever! They will keep billing you after you cancel and make your life a totally nightmare with billing and cancellation! DO NOT JOIN!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET OUT!

Just recently joined this gym.... It's very dirty first of all. To clean the equipment they have spray bottles and towels laying around the gym, so everybody is just cleaning their sweat off the machines with the same nasty towel that everyone else used. No stair master machine, their weightlifting area is dingy and crowded. They don't provide paper towels in the restrooms. Their staff is not knowledgeable about the equipment. Also very crowded all the time.

been a member since October 2013. Joined on recommendation of my physical therapist after having both knees replaced in the last 18 months.. Love the gym, everyone is so supportive. Have a trainer, Rochelle, and she is awesome. Couldn't find a more caring person. She is very knowledgeable and is working to help me reach my goal of walking after being in a wheelchair for 11 years. Thanks Rochelle, love you!!

My personal trainer Kim is amazing. She's there for me even if it's not about working out. I enjoy the gym very much.

Horrible customer service! Around December 2011 my mother bought me a year gym membership as a Christmas present. Instead of having a monthly fee she paid the full year upfront on her credit card. My mom made it clear that it was a gift and she only wanted a year the employee made no mention that after the year she would automatically be charged $60. So it came as a surprise when she checked her credit card statement and saw a $60 charge to reup, unfortunately she did not catch it until she was charged for three months following that. Then when she talks to the manager he tells her there is nothing he can do, we signed the contract, she will not be getting her money back and since she didn't give a 30 day notice she will be charged another 20 dollars. If we would had known that we would be charged again the new year of course we would of cancelled the membership. I understand that I should of paid closer attention to the fine print but I think that is something very important that the employees should verbally say during the sign up period. I've def learned my lesson.
