Hydro-Groom

Purchased it from a local vendor. While setting up and using at my first show noticed many manufacturer defects.. Floor of bottom section does not fit, divider does not lock in, bottom door difficult to close and dog tracks as it rolls. Went straight to the vendor to point them out and she contacted her boss about it. After many attempts to get these flaws fixed I have no recourse but to share with fellow consumers that they do not stand by the quality and craftsmanship of their products and I was instructed numerous times that I would have to bend the metal into the proper position until things worked properly. I have managed to get most things so that it is useable but still rolls at a angle which causes arm fatigue from fighting the resistance. And impossible to roll through doorways, you must lift the back end to go through so not to scrape the doors. I am so appalled at the quality and even more at the companies complete disregard and deplorable ethics.
