Antojitos El Mundo Latino

I don't know if this restaurant practices any sort of food safety, I noticed they don't wear gloves( I hoped they washed they're hands at least). but immediately after eating, I got a stomach ache, I didn't mind.. But fast forward a few hours later and I'm bed ridden and sick.. My stomach is in pain and I have had constant diarrhea and the only thing I ate was a "ice cream fruit" a selection offered By this place.. I regret ever eating at this establishment I have to spread the word and save more people from have a similar experience. All I'm thinking is..
Where is the health inspector to make sure this doesn't happen again.
