AT&T Store

AWFUL experience. Went in with my husband and 2 kids on the evening of 12/23 to reactivate a canceled line.When we walked in there were 3 sales reps, all helping other customers. So we stood by the middle counter, looking at phones, knowing that the reps were all busy. YET NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED OUR PRESENCE, NO ONE SAID "WE WILL BE WITH YOU" ... NOTHING. Nothing for about 20 minutes until a "manager" walked out from the back and took my husband's name and told us that someone will be with us shortly. HE DIDN'T OFFER TO HELP AT ALL. And so we waited for another 15 minutes, then we left. MOST AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER AT AN AT&T STORE EVER. My family and I left, went to WALMART and reactivated the line and got a phone for $100 cheaper than at the AT&T store. So while it all worked out for the better, I just had to do a review of the ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE I've ever had at this store. I wish I could cancel my service with AT&T altogether, but that's not an option at this time. Too bad they closed the store on Rock because I NEVER WANT TO RETURN TO THIS STORE AGAIN. JERKS. WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS, BUT I DON'T HAVE THAT OPTION.
