The owner, Alan Squailia, is a true treasure amongst men, with a heart bigger than anyone I've ever met. He's been my hair stylist for over 20 years, and I am honored to have him as a friend. I've seen him, and his staff, in many, many circumstances, and their level of compassion for their clients is unsurpassed. They will spend all of the time with you that you need to find just that right wig, or help you with that special occasion. They are key volunteers in the community's Look Good Feel Good program. These people are nice, funny, accessible, reasonably priced, and you will leave here in a better place than when you went in. I highly recommend them all.

Bellissima Salon has a very unique atmosphere, all of the employee's know you by name and welcome you when you walk in. I have been having my hair done there by Alan for 15 years, never once have I walked out of there with out a hug and a peck on the cheek, which just makes me smile and feel good inside. Alan does a lot of work with cancer patients and is very intuned to making them feel comfortable. Seeing these folks come in scared, feeling bad, and watching how Alan and his staff make them smile, it just warms your heart.

It seems these days sometimes you feel the personal touch is left out of everything you do anymore - especially when you go to a place of business. The staff at Bellissima Wigs REALLY DOES CARE!! I was privileged to their services through my Aunt who just went through her second bought of chemo and radiation treatment. She lost her hair and Alan and his staff at Bellissima took it very personal and made sure she had the care, kindness and personal touch she needed to be fitted for a wig. It was a difficult process for her, and they just made it so comfortable and easy.



In addition to the fine work they do at the salon, I found out they all volunteer for several different programs that assist patients dealing with various types of cancer.
