Hassle free!!!I found this place a few weeks back, WE HAD BEEN ALL AROUND with my Grandfathers jewelry ,I was helping him sell it so he could pay his hospital bills.
I had taken a few items in before I bringing my grandfather inside ,HE was offered more by this place than any of the other places! We felt right at home there its small but they are the best.Hassle free transaction and they are super transparent, upfront and honest .CHECK THEM OUT FIRST .Roger!

Great coin dealer: The Reno Coin Company was a great place to buy some rare coins. The customer service was wonderful . The owner had a very good knowledge of all types of coins. I will buy from them again the next time I visit Reno.

When silvers prices dropped to 26 I was looking for a place that had bullion at a very fair rate. I am from sacrmento and i was reading in the sacramento bee about these guys!!!
He had silver dollars and bullion only but it was very fairly priced and he was a pleasure to deal with! Thank you very much your little store is beautiful

I am 90 years old and am having my grand daughter write this review for me because I was so impressed with this business.

The last thing in the world I would ever want is my grand children to get all my husbands coins and get nothing for them! My husband was a avid collector of coins and over the years his collection I thought was rediculous!!!!

I went into this place and immediately thought we walked into the wrong place. Its small,well lite and smells great it was very different then all the places we been to so far. When he saw all the merchandise we had he asked if it would be okay to close the doors so i can better evaluate this collection without distractions. I felt very special!

He sorted them all and taught me about which ones were very valuable and i liked how he showed me all the values and took a small percentage as commission. It was a very honest and fair way of dealing with my items. The other place looked at them real quick and found something wrong with every single piece!! This was hassle free.

Three hours later and 3 new friends(tom,sherri & cody) cody made me a very generous offer of 23,332 dollars cash more then any place ive been to! I am so glad my husbands collection is going to a family business like this and hope more people see my review and give this place your business.

I visited this shop for the first time a couple days ago, and could not be more impressed by the extensive knowledge and professionalism of this establishment. Cody and his dad showed me an extensive selection of coins, and were honest and frank with me about finding a collectible coin for my friend who collects coins. I couldn't recommend them more! Go visit them!

I met Cody this morning as a walk-in customer. Cody and his Family (Father Tom) started the process by explaining the way they separate the jewelry and scrap pieces. He quickly tested each piece and used his loupe to look for marks and such. While he was going over the pieces he explained the differences in the way jewelry was marked by finest of the gold purity. He gave me honest explanations of a few pieces I had and I was not pressured to sell anything I did not want to. He even recommended I hang on to one piece in particular. I liked that.
Once everything was tested, weighed, and we agreed on a price, he rounded up, and I was given cash for my gold scrap.
It was a 5 Star experience and I will be back in the future. I even sent a recommendation right away to another person I knew who was looking to sell a few items.
I felt like I received a fair price for my items, and knowledge of what I had left. This is customer service at it's best! Face to face, no pressure, at a fair price for both consumer and business man.

And will give them future business. I would have given this place a 5 star review other than its parking situation I had to park in the Eldorado and walk over.
