Never ever ever take your car here. These guys hardly know anything about cars.
For oil change and all small work, these place would be good but I had horrible experience here.
I went to this shop for Power steering fluid leak and they diagnosed (or misdiagnosed) and made me change Power steering pump for $450, which they never changed on my first visit and handed me the car as it was. Few days after I went back with the same issue as it was no good and then they replaced the Power steering pump(The mechanic is an utter liar). After the repair, the mechanic could not even tight the pressure lines properly and the whole fluid was again on ground as soon I took my car to home after their replacement of Power steering pump, hardly 0.3 miles. Which he took 3 days to take the car back and repair it again. After 3 days when I got the car, it was full with 2 new issues, Transmission jerk and Car was shaking when stopped. I dont know what is the correlation between these issues, but I got this with the car out the door from repair. The Mechanic never agree to my point and never took the responsibility of the mistake he did in repair.
Again after 3 days, I found my car leaking and smoking because of the leaking fluid dripping on the hot exhaust, I called the shop and they were giving me an appointment after 4 days, they are reluctant and hardly care about customers problems. But now I cannot trust these guys at all, They might induce any new issue.
I got my car checked with another mechanic and fixed the shaking issue which cost me another $200 and also found out the actual issue behind the leak, which is, my Power steering hose wore out and its leaking heavily which now gonna cost me like $570.
I am completely dissatisfied and disappointed with the shop, even the mechanic is very rude and never respond or talk properly even on phone, he never try to understand your problem. I just lost lot of money and time.
If you love your car take it to some other place.
