Battambang Market

This store has all of the freshest, and best quality exotic and local fruits around. They have fresh seafood daily. They always have fresh cooked tidbits from spring rolls, to banana fritters. The folks who run the store are some of the nicest people I have ever met! I have been coming here for almost twenty years. I used to live up the street, but now I live close to Cape Cod. I still travel out to Revere twice a month to visit with family, and come to this market! They always have fresh litchi nuts, and they sell me a ten pound crate for $25!!! I brought my children, and my brother in law (who happens to be mentaly handicapped) into the store. They had whole jackfriuts in front of the counter. My brother in law saw it, and got excited because it looked like a dragon egg. The cashier had just prepared some which she gave us to sample! It was spectacular. There are quite a few Asian markets in the area. Each of them has their own charm, but Battambang Market is my favorite!
