I am horribly disappointed with your warranty department. I don't know who the warranty is through no one would tell me the number or department they were transferring me to just shipped me off to someone else. I called 3 times to get a problem with your part solved starting on Friday 09/23/2016, Monday and the last time I called was Wednesday. The customer needed his truck back by Thursday morning. I left a message each time with the complete details of what happened, my name, number and the part info. Not a SINGLE time did they even call me back! 3 messages and no one called me! We ended up having to take care of the problem ourselves. You are supposed to support your warranties not ignore the paying companies who put faith and trust in to you thinking you would do the right thing. If I ever need another part like this you can bet I will NOT call your company!
