Avis Rent A Car

I use them every week for several months and no issues at all. Debbie is wonderful and pleasant....not rude at all like the other person stated. Cars are clean and come with a full tank. Hate renting from a place where it's a crap shoot on how much gas you start out with. Def would recommend!

Independently owned, owner "Debbie" was inflexible and incredibly rude. Doesn't appreciate your business because she "doesn't make much off these rentals". Even added a charge to extend the rental, which was already overpriced for a car that was like drivIng an infant bathtub down the highway. Had to call corporate to resolve, and they did correct the more outrageous charges that the owner did not disclose and was unwilling to discuss. Will never rent from here again, had previous rental with a corporate owned Avis that was ok but this experience is enough to avoid Avis altogether.
