City Of Rialto

This dog has barked and yelped for months,and No body has given any warning to1288 Banting Rialto..We have called and called for almost a year.This is so annoying.There are some of us who either or retired or work at home,but this dog barks at nothing.Lays down and barks to sleep for 1/2 he,the back again yelping.It's awful.We have even contacted the Ly. for our area.Our next stop will be to the mayor.This is not fair or right.Somebody,put a muzzle on the crazy dog.Maybe he's hungry if I'll or? But whatever,if we can follow the rules,they should do too.You are Not doing your job.
