Can I give minus stars. I cannot even locate Cuqui to speak with her. The office is usually locked up. You cannot even try to resolve issues because you cannot find her. Portia

If I could rate this business less than 1 star, I would. Dealing with the manager/owner is the most horrible experience I have ever had in my life. I dealt with her recently, and she "screamed" at me during our entire conversation and personally insulted me. I would never recommend this business, they have horrible customer service and no people skills.

At Majestic Property Management in Rialto, California, it appears we have the typical incompetent and untrustworthy employee who simply goes to work to collect a paycheck and takes no pride in their work. The management by crisis approach to handling matters is totally unacceptable. If you want to be ignored, put on hold and forgotten, told there is nothing they can do to assist you and pretty much treated like a third class citizen, then Majestic Property Management is definitely the company with which you want to do business. I have never been so completely frustrated with a company's lack of performance in my life. What a joke. They ought to call themselves Magic Property Mgt. because it is a neat trick that they have managed to stay in business. This company doesn't even deserve a one star rating but I had to click on something. STAY AWAY FROM MAJESTIC PROP. MGT. in Rialto, CA. They just don't get the job done.
