McDonald's

Do not go here. I warn you. You will get the worst service ever. And you will probably have to make THREE trips back here and the employees not care one bit. This is the worst service I cannot stress enough. Food orders constantly wrong, this place should honestly be shut down.

I have been going to this McDonalds for over 8 years and have had more problems in past 3 months than I have in all the years of going to any McDonalds. I have been told to pull over and wait for my order 6 times in past month when ordering thru Drive Thru and only ordering the same #6 McGriddle Meal and coffee. Past 3 weeks, I have been given someone else's order, first a pie and has brown, and last week on Tuesday after being told to pull up and park and wait on my meal, I was given a Sausage Biscuit and Hash Brown and coffee that taste like oil. I called 8 times and finally got thru and person answered took my name and told me to come back in and my meal would be replaced. On Saturday morning I went back, asked for a manager, and spoke with Iris. She talked down to me as if I was lying and said what is your code, I asked what code are your referring to. She said if I called back, I would of been given a code. I told her no code was given to me and explained exactly what happened. She said "Oh Well, there is nothing I can do, and walked off. I asked her "What is your manager's name, and she went over to where some other Hispanic worker was and then thinking I do not understand Spanish, said "Es uno que quiere a gadar algo por nada, and es un mentidoso" This means in English that I am one that wants something for nothing, and is a liar. I was so offended and just because I have brownish hair, light complected, and speak excellent English, doesnt mean I am a liar that wants a free meal. This is uncalled for, and I pray that action is taken against Iris, who uses McDonalds as a way to mistreat customers, and use her racial differences, and manager authority in a negative way.
