I had about an hour and 15 minutes before I had to be in class... should be plenty of time to get a gel manicure.... not here. at 45 minutes I was telling my technician that I needed her to move faster because I needed to get to class.. this request seemed stupid to her and she continued to move slower than molases in January. manicures usually come with a lotion msssage of the arns and hands which I ran out of time to receive. when I asked who I assume was the manager to deduct the cost of the services that I didn't receive he refused and told me it was my fault and that I still had to pay for it. he charged me for a service that I did not receive! the service was horrible and slow and the staff was not friendly at all. I will never be back to this place and I suggest you never go.
