Lexfloor

Was quoted 2-3 weeks to receive the specific flooring we wanted. We've received part of the order and have been waiting for the remaining ones since. It has been 5 weeks now and we still don't have them.

I am now quoted another month before they may potentially have it. This is costing me thousands of dollars as a result. I would not wish this upon my worst enemy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BRAND.

even if I told my worst friend I would say use a different company. I have been trying to finish my floor for 5 weeks now and finally gave up and changed brands in the middle. The company was dealing with would not get the 3 or 4 boxes I need to finish my job and the Lexfloor in Richmond were not any better. They wanted me to pay 154.00 freight to order 4 more boxes. The customer service is terrible. The dealer was the only dealer in Oregon and did not stock it so I called a dealer for it in eureka California and he did not stock it either. It is also a product from china so good luck if you decide to use this flooring. I now have to different colors in my house just so I could finish the job.
