i HAVE used numerous storage units in Colorado, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, and here in Richmond (former military)...I have been given good service; however, Point Richmond Self Storage has by far exceeded tghe service of any previous storage locations. Naomi & Jeff are very courteous, considerate, and pleasant to work with.



The storage facility also far exceeds others I have used..."clean"...I whish there was abetter word for the cleanliness of the facility. Excellent 24 hour security. Easy controlled entry...Vehicle useage for moving in and out...



I pronounce Point Richmond Self Storage...The Very Best In The West"...just to use a phrase to acknowledge the excellence of a business.

Point richmond storage is a good storager becuase they are secured and eveything. I would love to be 2with them all my life because they are good thingsd and they let you come in and out everything.... I MAKE MY PAYMENT EVERY MONTH AND EVERYTHING

point richmond self storage is a great storage i dont complain i like the way they treat their customers.this storage has great access hours and their payments are great. i would reccommend this storage to everyone that i know.

I love it! And these are my resaons why. Its clean, they have security, nice folks that have wonderful customer service and most of all they have a moving truck for you, so you don't have spend any extra money at the other place getting a truck. So from me Ya'll are doing a great job!!!!!!!!

Good secure place. Less expensive than in Marin. I like the way they remind me of when the payment is due since I always forget. I like working with Jeff.

We're been here a couple of years. This is a very safe, well-lite, clean place for me to continue my business from. The onsite management is friendly, efficient and downright nice. I have been in half a dozen storage units over the years, to augment business from, and this site is by far the Best. The security is outstanding - very important to us as our hours are not that predictable. Pricing very good, as well.

I highly recommend this business.

We've found the prices to very very reasonable compared to Marin County. We were paying $411 per month more in Mill Valley where we live for the exact same size unit, and the condition of the facility in Marin wasn't nearly as nice. We highly recommend Point Richmond Self Storage (in fact we've already sent to other people there and they've also been very happy).

Point Richmond Self Storage is modern, Clean and has friendly staff. Our storage unit is the perfect size, location is convenient and a good value. We are very happy with our move to Point Richmond Storage.

Point Richmond Self Storage is a wonderful facility to use. The grounds are kept in immaculate condition and the security is excellent. We've always dealt with Jeff and he couldn't be nicer. He's been very helpfu and courteous to us. It's good to see that some small business operators still believe in customer service and pay personal attention to their customers!
