Savannah Tire

I had my brakes replaced around 6 months ago at Savannah Tire. Yet, within that short amount of time, my brakes seemed to be going again, with lots of vibration whenever I was pressing my foot down. When I went back to get the car checked out, they charged me $110 for a diagnostic on my check engine light (which was caused by the GAS CAP, which costs around $10!) and after that ridiculous charge, they then told me I needed new rotors, which they supposedly had fixed last time! They were so severely warped, FROM THEM PUTTING THEM ON INCORRECTLY, that they had to be replaced, and even though the warranty was not up on my brake pads, they "scrubbed them down" instead of replacing them. Whoever I talked to on the phone clearly knew it was their fault but continuously stated that braking hard a few times is all it takes to warp, as if my driving in under 6 months caused brakes that should last 4 YEARS to warp! Very rude, did not attempt to lower the charges because of their own error, instead made themselves out to be faultless and charged me over $400, that would not have been necessary if I went to a better business. I will not be returning to the Richmond Hill Savannah Tire within my lifetime.

I went in to check on the price of tires and I watched the sales person look at the Tire Rack web site and then quote me a price $60. more per tire...and this did not include mounting and balance! They also tried to force me in to a more expensive tire than what I wanted. There are better local places that are more customer oriented and helpful. Management needs to take a good hard look at what is going on here!

Went to take my car in to get a tire patched. They took over 2.5 hours to do it, damaged my rim, and didnt ensure the tire had the right pressure. It was 15 psi under. Not quality work at all

Don't go here! Terrible service!! They broke the valve stem (its one with a pressure sensor) on my tire when checking the pressure of the tire. They told me that it broke but said it was just the sensor and acted as if it was no big deal that it broke and never said that it was something that would have to be replaced before you can do anything with the tire. So months later when we go to check the pressure in that tire you can't do anything with the tire until the valve is replaced. When I went and talked to them about it that said they wouldn't replace it because it could have broke with anyone and that it breaking was not their fault and that it probably broke by sticking to the valve cap. He did finally offer to not charge me for labor but and just the part but the price he quoted me for the part was higher than the total cost quoited to me by another company!! I had a few people tell me not to use them and I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED!!!
