Job was finished by these guys and was well done. Installation crew is very experienced and knows the job well. All hiccups on the job were solved quickly. Price was competitive and they beat the other prices I had offered to me. Would use them again for any vinyl product jobs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a fence online from this company through their website about a week ago and a day later my credit card was charged for the total cost of my order. Since then I called multiple times every day trying to speak with someone about my order. For about a week I would only get someone to pick up maybe once out of every ten or so calls. When an actual person did pick up no one was available who could help me. I was finally able to get a hold of an actual sales person yesterday morning who seemed like he might be able to help me. He took my info and said he would get back with me "soon". After not hearing anything all day I called back in the afternoon and was told that the person who was helping me "had just stepped out" and he would call me back. This morning, over a week after I initially placed the order the company charged my credit card for a second time for my full purchase price. I only found out because my credit card's fraud prevention service caught it and called to ask me about the second charge. I immediately called Belmont to attempt to get a hold of a manger to solve the issue. After being placed on hold for 20 minutes I hung up and called back. After another 20 minutes of holding I hung up and called back again. I informed the person that this was the last time I was going to call and was ready to file my complaint with the BBB and my credit card company if I wasn't able to speak to a manager, but I would very much like to settle this without having to go through all of that trouble. After being on hold for another 30 minutes I gave up and here I am. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish to god that I had seen their BBB reviews before I placed my order and spent countless hours trying to remedy my mistake.

This is the WORST company that I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. My husband and I decided that we wanted to put up a 6 foot tall white vinyl fence around our backyard and called Boundary fence to get a quote and time-line of when we could get our fence delivered. The price was reasonable and the told me that I would have all 16 sections of fencing (plus accessories) delivered to my house within 2 weeks. I was satisfied with that and ordered over $2000 worth of materials from them and paid and extra $150 to have the parts delivered and unloaded at my house. Fast forward over a month and several phone calls later and the fence STILL hadn't been delivered. Finally 5 weeks later I was told that my fence would be delivered the following day and that I DID not need to even be home because they would deliver the fence on my driveway for me (as part of my delivery fee). I told them that would work and I anxiously waited for the fence. The following day a man showed up to my front door and told me husband that the fence was here and on the truck for my husband to unload. Now, mind you, my husband is NOT a delivery driver and that is preciously why we paid the extra $150 to have someone load, deliver, and unload our fence for us. We did not pay for my husband to have to unload 16 sections of HEAVY fencing essentially by himself. The delivery driver did not come equipped with so much as gloves or a dolly for my husband to use. My husband's arms and chest got so heavily beat up by having to unload all of the fencing that it looked like he got in a fight with Mike Tyson. I made a note of ALL of this on my "checkout" receipt as well as told the delivery driver how horrible it was that his company would not provide 2 men or at least a dolly or forklift to help my husband move. As a contractor, it was completely out of his control (which I understand) but he encouraged me to call the company first thing in the morning on Monday to rectify that situation (as well as the fact that 3 of my fencing pieces had come chipped). Well, first thing Monday morning, I called the Marlborough, MA office (that was were the delivery came from even though I placed the order in the NY office) and the man who answered told me that a manager would call me back within the next hour. When that hour came and went, I called again and demanded to speak to the manager. The manager got on the phone and listened to exactly what happened regarding the delivery and the broken fencing and he told me that there was absolutely nothing he would do to rectify the situation. That's right, I paid over $2000 to this HORRIBLE company and the manager told me there was NOTHING he would do even though his company sent over broken fencing and expected my family to unload the fencing (after having the pleasure of paying an extra $150 for them to do so). I have since put a call in to the NY boundary fence and was told that a manager would be calling me, but after all of the headache that this company has given me, I am not holding my breath. I will gladly update my review if they do actually call me and make this situation better but in the meantime I must note that the lack of professionalism and complete rudeness that this company has shown me is completely appalling and I would recommend that you stay far away from them. There are many fencing companies who WANT your business. Why settle for this one who makes it very clear that they do not care about their customers.
