Division Place Properties One

I happen to live on Howard Street and I've asked maintenance and the owners many times to have the tenants not come through my yard I've tried to be friends with the tenants talk to them reasonably but they insist on cutting through my yard and I can't wait till this summer when I'm entertaining family and friends am I supposed to invite them in because they are just too ignorant to know that they shouldn't cut through my yard I was told by the owner or management that they own the lot on Howard Street adjacent to their parking at the apartments where they have open access to come and go as they please not my yard on the corner of Howard Streetthey need to stop cutting through my yard any suggestions how to get this accomplished
