Terrible customer service. I went in today 11:00am 9/20/13. The woman behind the counter on her laptop sees me come in walks up behind the cash register and I tell her I know they do tailoring services there. How much would she charge to take my four year old measurements ( I was asked to send in her measurements for an upcoming event). She goes on a tirade and repeats "I don't do that, I don't do that!" I then try to explain to her because I'm guessing maybe she misunderstood but she kept saying angrily, "I don't do that!" She then goes to back and sits at her laptop and ignores me. I was calm and told her, that she was rude and is going to run off a lot of future business with that attitude. I didn't ask her any favors, I came in willing to pay for a service. I don't understand how you work in customer service and have such a bad attitude. I suggest everyone to take there buisness elsewhere.
