Starbucks Coffee

Like I said, slow service, rude employees. I never get a smile or a hello, welcome to Starbucks! Just a sigh and monotone "What can I get for you". I pay with a debit card and they never ask if I'd like my receipt. I WOULD, but they've already crumbled and thrown it away! This location is always busy and even when 4 employees are standing right there only one of them is making drinks. They have two registers but only ever take customers at one of them. Drinks are never consistent. I say a Venti Americano with NO ROOM, and the cup is only 2/3 full. Grande Green Tea Frappe, also only 2/3 full. I'd like to get the full amount I'm already over-paying for... Thanks. Nobody in this Starbucks is polite or friendly. I'd rather go to Danbury Starbucks just because its a better experience and they don't skimp on HOT WATER in my Americano.
