I sent my boyfriend's Samsung Galaxy S7 Active to Samsung for repairs to be made to the charging port. (A water resistant phone was falsely reporting water damage to the charging port.) He had another phone to use while it was being repaired. Neither RSI/Samsung nor our carrier (AT&T) would provide a loaner. Upon receiving the "repaired" phone on 12/6/17, everything seemed to be in good working order. The first thing we checked was that it would charge properly & it did. Soon, I began to notice that I could hear my own voice echoing when I called him. He can't hear the echo on his end, just static & broken voices. More callers started reporting hearing their own voices echoing. He noticed increasingly poor call quality on his end. Today, we called Samsung. They suggested that we call AT&T for a new SIM card. We had a spare card at home so we called AT&T and the rep did a test call to hear the issue. The issue was very noticeable to him. He set up the new SIM card over the phone. The representative did a 2nd test call & found that the problem remained. We then called Samsung again & explained that the issue had not improved with a new SIM card. They offered to, again, accept the phone at their repair center to fix the issue. But, without a phone to use in the meantime, he would be unable to conduct his daily business. (He is a business owner. And the cell phone is on a business account. He has no office & no landline.) We called AT&T back again and began an insurance claim. The replacement of this phone THAT WAS JUST REPAIRED will cost us $112. I don't believe that Samsung & RSI should be allowed to get away with doing inferior repairs to inferior products at the customer's expense.
12/13/17- A representative of Samsung Electronics America, Inc., office of the President, informed me that they will not issue $112 to for the expense of the phone replacement. He also told me that I should have a “backup” phone. And that it might be in my interest to purchase one.

This is the worse cell phone manufacturer there is. They won't honor a warranty when you have it once it's expired, they do even less. Their answer is for me to send them my phone which I need for job hunting and to take care of my grandmother, plus it has all of my personal information in it. I would not recommend Samsung if they were the only cell phone manufacturer, you are better off with a flip phone, than their crappy products.

Got a DV150FBPBUS camera for my Bday in December - my older Canon wasn't taking pics very fast and with grandkids and cats, I like a fast camera. Bought this after searching the internet and speaking with the sales rep from Frys. It failed in less then 6 months. Pics are sooooo slow to take. It says CAPTURED then PROCESSING then finally the pic can be seen and several seconds later it will allow another pic to be taken. I sent it in and they found *lenz stuck* sent it back and its worse. The slowest camera I have even had. I asked for a replacement from corp since I only had this since Dec and it has already been serviced once. I was told no, they want me to ship it back AGAIN! When you buy a new camera you expect a new one not something they have to keep refurbishing it again and again. I wont buy Samsung again!!
