submitted 4 online request and received confirmation that my email address would be removed from promo distribution list. After the 3rd online request I called and asked prolitely to be removed. Representative instructed me to go through website. I explained that I had already done so 3 times. Her response was that she didn't know how to help me. I informed her that as a consumer I have must be removed and SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Called back and as soon as I introduced myself she said 'DON'T YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE BETTER TO DO" ? I asked to be removed again she took my data and hung up again without saying Thank You, Good Bye or Kiss my ???. Needless to say and not to my surprise I have two new promo emails this morning waiting to be read.
