        I have been a customer for over 5 years and when I picked up my clothes this weekend I noticed that one of my shirts was wrinkled at the bottom. I told the man behind the counter and he said that shirt did not fit into the machine. What? I had two identical shirts (different colors) and one was good and the other didn't fit??? He should not have charged me for the shirt because I had to iron it once I got home. He lost a good customer!
