This company deserves negative 5 stars!!!

If you are referred to this company RUN AWAY and ask for a referral to another company.

The company attempts to push their products, which they make on site and get reimbursed more $ for, versus actually provider the customer what they need.

They tried to get me to take a brace that they could make that would limit my movement versus order a pre-made brace from another company for me that is actually what I needed (a replacement brace as my current one was falling apart).

The staff are pushy and try to force their products on you. Especially the owner.

The staff didn't even realize that I had an appointment and I was sitting in the lobby for over an hour.

VERY UNSATISFIED with this company.
