The only reason they even get one star is because he was on time. The owner, Jeff Rowe came when the temp were in the triple digits. He was terribly rude to me in my own home, yelled at me when I said it was still not working after he claimed to have fixed it, refused to go into the attic to check the entire AC system (which after hiring someone else revealed a major leak and required the entire system to be replaced). He said he's often been accused of being lazy which I can now attest to being the truth. I made calls the same day after he left and for days on end afterwards only to never receive a call back. He took my money and ran. This is the worst company you could choose. Jeff is a rude and scary man. Don't let him near your home.
