Jones Dry Cleaners

I had my wedding dress ruined by their tailor. The tailor took the dress home after I told her what it needed and we saw each other twice at the cleaners as our meeting spot. After only being contacted by the cleaners I got a call from the tailor's personal phone asking if I could go to her home since she's in Corona and she didn't want to drive all the way to Riverside. Everytime I went there was something else wrong with the dress. I got tired of it after going about 6 times and decided to pay her the $175 she asked for the unfinished dress. Soon after, I went to the dry cleaners to show them what their tailor had done. They did not want to take responsibility saying they had nothing to do with it. The only time they seemed concerned was when I told them what she charged me. She told them she charged me only $50. She was stealing from them. On top of all this the staff at the cleaners was so rude and unprofessional. Beyond disappointed with everything this place did.

I don't usually wright but this has to be told I came to riverside for a family wedding and I offer to pay for the dry cleaning for the table cloths so my wife took them to the cleaners that the groom used in the past my wife came back and said it would cost $400 dollars for 40 $10 a piece I thought that was a lot of money but o we'll.That same day the tent company came by and set up the tent and table and I just asked hey how much would it cost to have the table cloths done they said $4.50 each I just got sick my wife just got takin advantage off so I decided to go and ask if there was something that could be done.I was greeted by a young lady very nice and I explained my concern knowing my wife agreed but I still felt something should be done and she look over her shoulder and there was a young guy and he said with a grin that's what was agreed in a most heinous way I have ever been talked to the lady immediately apologized and asked him to call some one but he refused so I asked again and he was so unprofessional so I asked must be a relative of the owner the lady said yes I said must be because no employee would talk like that.Then to make matters worse when we took them out to put them on the tables they had wrinkles all over this was the worst experience I have ever had I just want people to know I would not go to this place if it was the last place on earth I am sorry for the lady that works there as for the owner I didn't meet for you to not advise your son to call you if there was a problem make you at fault to because I guaranty this is not the first time especially his smirk and gestures so for someone like myself who has only written a few reviews this is by far the worst which it deserves .
