        I was very disappointed in the customer service. I made an order online and it shipped to my billing address rather than the shipping address I manually entered. I immediately called customer service and they said to take it in the store when the order is received. Once I received my order (a week later) I took it to the store immediately and explained my situation. They immediately started with what they could not do and said to call customer service. No apology for the inconvenience and no customer service at all. They continued to repeat what they could not do. They said I could call customer service on the phone, however the phone did not work and I could not hear. The store manager finally came out to help me, but she assisted with the same attitude as the other employees. She stated she was only helping me because she heard the frustration in my voice and she did not want me to complain. I will not return to this store again.
