Dear Vanessa, we try very hard to give good, honest pricing and suggestions. I complimented your boss for the excellent job she did on constructing the box you sent me a picture of. I told you to give me a couple of hours so I could get you pricing on tempered glass verses annealed with polishing. It is unfortunate that I could not obtain this fast enough for you. I made suggestions that were aimed at being cost effective and helpful. I am sorry you took that as being evasive to spending your boss and companies hard earned money. I am sure you are a valued employee and an asset to your boss. Have a blessed day.

Service is rude and they never call you back, after several hours i had to call back and see about my quote. Just because it was expensive they didn't want to do it. We are the ones paying for it so they shouldn't be concern on the price. Horrible!!!!!

Riverside glass is good on prices and I like the customer service there I ur my own business and this is the only place I go to to get my glass I highly recommend it.
