Chicken Shack

I love Chicken Shack, but this is the worst I have ever went to. I asked for extra butter on potatoes, none got on the potatoes instead it was in my bag. Manager was rude, and I had to pay for a sauce for my tender bites, then get to work and find out I don't have tender bites. It was a lot better when they only had two restaurants.

Nickle n Dime first no Free sauce now no Free water H2o WHAT Who does this



Been to this location and was always dismayed you have to pay for any sauce or hot sauce,,,now the final straw going in with the family to eat inside order the meals and a pan of slaw 2 drinks and a water cup since they don't have brewed ice tea this time of year. Say what you no give me water cup,,,, refuse to make excuse WHO DOES THIS STAY FAR AWAY,,,, I cancelled that 40 buck order and walked out. Owner Manager is this what you really want over a cup of Water please never had this done anywhere in this country or others. I'm telling hundreds and a dozen reviews sites,,,,Just don't spend your money here and now will Boycott all the other locations. Just don't understand,,,well maybe so do

Food was awesome keep up the good work

Food was awesome when they opened but now it's not that not great. The potatoes have been a big disappointment along with the chicken bites.
