M&M Ten Minute Oil, Inc.

I have been a long time loyal customer, and until recently liked going there. I took my Jeep in for an oil change just before a long road trip. I parked the Jeep and decided to take the wife's car on the trip instead. When we got home we found an oil slick under the Jeep. They forgot to tighten the oil drain plug, it was barely finger tight. Good thing I didn't take the Jeep, I would have had to put an engine in it. The worst part was their reaction to my call to inform them of their mistake. I was polite and didn't ask for anything, yet they went on the defensive and adamantly refused to believe me. A mistake is forgivable, refusing to acknowledge a mistake is not. I am no longer a loyal customer.
