The office does not inform the billing department of payments. Reliable billing informed me that the doctor sometimes cashes the checks without informing the billing department.The office forwards you to Heather in billing and she does not call you back.I sent my bank verification of deposited checks with the doctors name on it and reliable billing says they do not recognize that account number. I then try to pay the balance and she states the doctor does not take credit cards! Very frustrating after 5 cashed payments they do not know where they are! I hope you have better luck than I have.

That I have been to the clinic for couple of years now. There is a sleep center there that monitors and evaluates your breathing while you are sleeping. It is like going to a hotel. The staff is experts in their field. They take the time to go over the procedures. The rooms are first class. Dr. Victor is down to earth, easy to talk to. Great bedside manners and personable. The office manager, Cindy, is the real brains of the operation. She keeps on top of customer care. She always seems happy. Ask her about her kids. She is soo proud of them. All in all, the clinic is one of those places you don't mind going to.
