We hired Donna for a Family Court matter wherein she was to establish a child support and visitation agreement. The outcome was beyond dismal due to Donna's incompetence and ambivalence. After paying Donna more than $10K (yes, ten-thousand) and wasting more than a year of our time, Donna made such a mess of the matter that we have spent the last two years trying to fix the mess Donna created. Too, it seems Donna's husband was college roommates with opposing counsel, so the agreement reached was completely inequitable favoring former husband on all points. To date, we have spent an additional $45K (yes! forty-five thousand!) in legal fees (with new attorneys) trying to get a fair agreement and cleanup the nightmare Donna left in her wake.
