In 2004, I had a great opportunity to move out of the corporate world into a business that fits me. I had lived the "glamorous" corporate life: 60 ' 80 hour work week and spending so much time on USAir that the flight attendants knew that I don't like peanuts but preferred pretzels. My diverse experience working with great companies and leaders gave me insight that I was eager to share. Leverage, LLC My consulting business allows me much personal satisfaction in working directly with small to medium sized business leaders. I love it when I can help them move past obstacles in their organization to achieving their goals. I like to build relationships with leaders to understand who they are as well as how I can help them. I have over 20 years experience in human resources, organization development and coaching. One of my favorite managers once told me that I have the unique ability to know what "right looks like" and the ability to turn that vision into reality. My consulting business often incorporates partnerships with other human resource, organization development and business consultants. I am a firm believer that when I bring the right people to the table to solve problems, everyone wins. I live in the wonderful small community of Daleville, Virginia with my husband, two boys and various animals, including the dog who believes I am her human, Lucy.
