Wyndham Garden Hotel

Wyndham hotel charged me for free cancelled reservation. Front desk person name by Dude told me to called back next week when manager is back. I told him I have transaction number plus cancellation confirmation but his attitude was he did not care and call back next week.

In real business, when customers call for faulty sales or mistakes, the seller will politely refund or credit for incorrect transaction back to credit card in real time. I feel that this hotel manager and frondesk person name by Dude are dishonest and refusing for crediting back for cancelled reservation. I will advise to stay away from this hotel. I am seeking help for my refund for free cancelled reservation. I have all the documentation of my free cancellation and confirmation. Thus kind of hotel is really hurting the good reputation of Mayo and great Rochester city of Minnesota.
