I went to the Rochester location and the counter person was named Vinny. I explained my problem nd told him that I was familiar with working on cars but had not come across my particular problem before. I asked if he had any idea what could be wrong. He knew exactly where to start and made a few suggestions. He recommended that I start with the least expensive part and go from there. He told me sometimes there can be more than 1 symptom for a problem so if the problem is not obvious start with the least expensive and go from there. Bam! First suggestion solved the problem and I was out from under for less than $15.00. It is so nice to go somewhere that people know what they are doing and don't just look at a computer for a part. In addition to that they don't take advantage of you by selling you the most expensive part on the shelf. Thank you very much for all your help. I know where to come back for good service and advice.
