Absolutely horrible. Contacted them in October. They scheduled 4 or 5 times and cancelled every time. I requested a refund in December for the $400+ I had paid them, they kept saying they had already sent it. They kept giving excuses and said the mail got returned or they forgot. I probably have 400+ text messages with them and they still haven't returned the funds and it's February....
