Portrait Innovations

I went to Portrait Innovations for the advertised special of $14.99 for 42 portraits and a free mug or ornament. I arrived at my appointment time and was taken one hour past my scheduled appointment. The photographer was not very friendly. I explained that I was there for the package only and it seemed like I was wasting their time. When we sat down to review the photos the fee of $6.99 was added to our bill. I questioned it and was told it was a handling fee of the free gift. I asked where it said that on the coupon and I did not get an answer. While checking out after removing the free gift I asked a different employee and as well no answer. I then was showed a ad that was not the same coupon as mine that their was a handling fee. I asked where it stated that on my coupon and no one could answer me. I was told to call cooperate and ask them, I was told that no one could remove the handling fee or they would be fired. I left the studio. I went home , reviewed my portraits and the whole package was not there. I called back and got told we were to busy to take care of this and we will call you when we can fix it. I advised the portraits were paid for and I deserve the right to obtain my merchandise. I finally received a call the following day still being told we are busy and we will try to have them ready in 45 minutes for pick up. I picked them up and will be calling corporate to discuss the false advertisement and the BAD, BAD, BAD!!!! customer service I experienced.
