rented from one of the properties, the apartment manager, Frank, said if we wanted to move out early we would have to pay for 2 weeks we wouldnt be living there one of wich another tennant would already be living there, and he asked the new tennant to pay for the one week he wouldnt be living there. He was trying to scam us both because we were both in tight spots. Who knows how long he has been doing this to people, I wonder if his boss know about it
