Sands-Constellation Heart Institute - Unity Hospital

I have been admitted 3 times in the last year..Nurses and Doctors and other staff are always nice and helpful. Very clean. I highly recommend..Single occupancy rooms a huge plus and no pay parking. I will not go to any other hospital in Rochester if I can help it..Other hospitals in area are over crowded ,multi patient rooms and over worked stressed out staff..Not Unity..They have patient care figured out.

I do not like this hospital at all because the staff if full of idiots! Today I noticed with one of my own family members in the ER how they treat their patients like crap. They made my family member wait in the room over an hour before the doctor came in to see him. They made him wait because they made up their mind that it was nothing that important to look at. The best part is when I was walking out to leave they were talking crap about the person in room 23 which was my family member. I can not believe the nerve on these people. it was not a crazy busy day in the ER all i saw were staff sitting around just watching our room mocking us. For the way they have treated us today and in the past I have to think twice now about going to this rude hospital!!!!!
