        Took my car in for a standard oil change. I know they are extremely expensive (twice the amount as other places 97.00 for a synthetic oil change.) After trying to upset me everything under the sun I left spending over 200.00. Literally 10 minutes down the road my oil light came on and my engine quickly banged to a stop. Stranded on the side of the road with a blown motor, I had my car towed to a mechanic who drained 12 quarts of oil from my engine! He said they don't think they drained oil out of my engine before adding another 6 qts. Tried to submit a damage claim but since I had a mechanic drain the extra oil out of it (PER VALVOLINES INSTRUCTION) they will not cover any repair. Now I have to have a new motor put in my car. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP if you value your car. They have multiple complaints for lazy work that causes major damage to cars. Its a bunch of kids that have little to no experience working on cars. Beware!
