        Overall

        Setting up an account with Waste Management is like dealing with verizon. The Woman who sets up the accounts is an unmovable force of pessimism. I mentioned I don;t have a home phone number. "No account." With all these businesses being hacked, I like to keep things anonymous. I had no home phone. I said no thank you. Everyone on our drive used Waste Management used them. One less truck running down the street would be good. Tried again. Cold, indifferent. Service stopped, no call no email.



        Some one there with major attitude.

        they might be a decent company and provide a good service, but a 15% fuel surcharge is a rip off..
