Rapps Heating and Air Conditioning

I love my new tankless water heater installed by Rapp's. The technician and his helper were amazing...very polite and respectful of my home, and they made sure I was 100% ok with the work they did throughout. Good company to work with!

This company promised me an air conditioning unit that would cool my home. They went and installed improper unit to my home that will not cool the home. Then Scott threatened to put a lien on my house or take me to court for $1500.00 in labor costs because I requested to pay them in full once the unit was repaired to cool the house.
