This is a one of a kind business...I drive over an hour to buy products from this location because of the support they give. They have helped me diagnose problems that I am not able to figure out on both RC planes and cars and are always willing to help - including the owner (Tom I believe...). It is one of the largest hobby stores I have ever been into as well. Cant say enough for them except that I try to buy from them instead of online which says a lot.

This is a one of a kind business, very awesome selection of basically everything you may need for any kinda hobby, they have the know how to get things done, with that being said I've seen employees being treated by other customers whiles still staying cool and positive (which happened when I was in there today to one of their Airsoft employees )

You can't find customer service like this anymore. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and you can't beat the prices online. All around a great buying experience, would recommend.

the owner is a real d***. He solt me a faulty RC helicopter. When i brought it back first thing the next day all he would say is "leave now" I dont care im not exchanging it" and i was getting some work done on aother helicopter i have just for maitenence. He threw it on the counter as he was kicking me out and said " this is yours too. It flew fine when i brought it in got home and wouldnt fly. As i look at it its missing peices. When i called out there and asked for my parts which arent cheap he said "you are not getting them better order new ones" And that was the owner John Curtis. Totally blew my mind. If you buy anything from there better hope it dont break

Store seemed well-kept and clean. Service was polite enough but not particularly friendly. I do expect a store to keep its promises though and this is where Hobbytown USA fell short.



When the store employee told me that he would order test tubes to be delivered by Tuesday, October 30, 2012, I believed him. I also believed him when he told me he'd call me when they were in.



I initiated the call at 6:00 PM on Tuesday the 30th and found out that the order had never been placed. He offered to take the order again, but the point was moot because a) if a promise was broken once, I have little faith that it will be kept a second time and b) it wouldn't arrive in time for what it was needed.



If they have an item in stock, I would consider patronizing them in the future. If not, I won't be taking my chances again.

This is the only place i will go for my hobbies. The staff is great. Very helpful and informal. They will sell you the best product, not the most expensive. ive been going here for 10+ years. love it

Very helpful in supplying various types of O gauge model RR supplies...Willing to order items not normally carried in store...Very competitive pricing on accessories as well....

The store owner is very rude and lied to us about his products. We would not use his store ever again
